Mr. Dilmanian joined the firm in 1998 and is responsible for financial modeling and reporting to the majority of GCS investors and lenders. He also oversees the budgeting and forecasting process of the entire portfolio. Mr. Dilmanian provides integral support for all acquisitions and dispositions of the firm. And he provides financial analysis for leasing and expense analysis for operations. Mr. Dilmanian received a B.S. degree in Finance from SUNY Albany.
